Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as DM type2 Diagnosed as polyneuropathy by physical examination Creatinine clearance of at least 30 mg/dL White count of at least 2500/mm3 Neutrophil of at least 1500/mm3 Platelet count of at least 100,000/mm3 Consent not to change dosage of analgesics throughout the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pain and/or numbness resulting from other causes including radiculopathy, focal nerve injury or entrapment. Existence of other source soft tissue pain. Unable to comprehend Thai Pregnant
