Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) patients suspected to have late onset neonatal sepsis/nosocomial sepsis b) patients with culture-negative early neonatal sepsis who are deemed to be laboratory cleared or clinically improving, and then subsequently suspected to have LONS.

Exclusion criteria
