Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Thoracotomy patients. 2. age > 20 years 3. good cooperation 4. could upright more than 30 deegree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have mechanical ventilation > 72 hours 2. patients who have musculoskeletal complication after surgery 3. hemodynamics instability (HR > 120 bpm, RR > 30 bpm, SpO2 > 90, BP 140 mmHg) 4. unconsciousness and prolong bedridden 5. patients who have pneumothorax before and post surgery
