Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients referred to the sleep clinic of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital aged > 18 years olds with a diagnosis of moderate to severe OSAS based on split-night polysomnography. 2. The patients have at least one nasopharyngeal symptoms during CPAP titration of at least moderate degree
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: � Baseline pattern of split night polysomnogram 5 central apneas per hour of sleep � Inadequate CPAP titration � Humidification was used in split night study � Patients use CPAP or surgical management or oral appliance � Patients refuse � Pregnancy � Patients can�t follow up in two month � The Patients have a travel plan outside of Thailand within two months of the study � The patients receive other medication for treatment of nasopharyngeal symptoms during the study � Change of mask within the study
