Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ambulatory community-dwelling Thai postmenopausal women Age 50 -80 yrs BMI 18-25 kg/m2 Never used vitamin D supplement for 12 weeks before enrollment Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Liver or renal disease History of any malignancy disease Abnormal baseline laboratory results
