Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Causes of ventilatory use can corrected , Effector cough to expectorant secretion. Hemodynamically stable SBP is more than 90 and less than 180 mmHg. Heart rate less than 120 beat per minute , PaO2/FiO2 more than 200, PEEP less than or equal 5-8 cmH2O, RR/spontanepus Vt (Rapid shallow breathing) less than 100 breaths per minute, FiO2 less than 0.4-0.5 LPM; No relaxant use, pH greater than 7.25, VE 5 to 15 L/min, Tidal volume more than 4 ml/kg, Hemoglobin more than 8 g/dl Pain score less than 5, Ready to wean, 3 minute success, and Spontaneous breathing trial (SBT) success
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncorrectable causes of respiratory failure, such as irreversible respiratory muscle peralysis or central nervous system defect, Heart failure, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
