Chaiyapoom hospital). And preterm infants that have referred to Srinagarind hospital for ROP screening and treatment &#44
will have fundus examination by expert followed by local ophthalmologist (diagnosis in the referral document will be used in the case that referred to Srinagarind hospital) and finished by digital fu

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infants that meet criteria for ROP screening in the provincial hospitals that belong to Srinagarind hospital network. 2. Preterm infants that were referred to Srinagarind hospital for ROP screening and treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infant with unstable clinical conditions which they could not tolerant with the stress of gold standard diagnostic ROP examination usually know by the notification from the pediatrician. 2. Preterm infant with superficial ocular surface infections because it will cause the contact transmission of the disease from contamination of the cameral probe. These infections usually identified from eye examination. 3. The infant with hyperglycemic condition 4. Could not find mother, father or legally authorized representative to obtain the consent
