Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers who diagnosed autoimmune thyroid dysfunction and other endocrine disease from Endocrine clinic, Department of Medicine, King Chulalongkorn Memorial hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers documented with conditions. 1)Age of less than 20 years old 2)Pregnancy Volunteers documented with other mostly consistence risk factor in dry eye syndrome. 1)Post-menopausal hormone therapy 2)Radiation therapy in head and neck region 3)Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation 4)Vitamin A deficiency 5)Androgen deficiency 6)Hepatitis C infection 7)LASIK & excimer laser surgery 8)Connective tissue disease 9)History of using anti-histamine in last 2 weeks
