Manual pulmonary inflation was
performed with a positive pressure of 40 cmH2O,
5 times. The last positive pressure inflation is held for 5 seconds
and during the inflation,
the trocar valve is
opened and gentle abdominal pressure by the surgeon is performed to allow the CO2 gas to escape out of peritoneal cavity,Only gentle abdominal pressure by the surgeon is performed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - age>=18 yrs - Admiited at gynecology ward - Estimated operation time <=3 hrs - American society of anesthesiologist physical status 1-2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Contraindication to any local anesthetic agents - Contraindication to opioids - Contraindication to sulfonamides - History of gynecologic cancers - Emergency laparoscopic procedure - Any conditions of active pulmonary disease - Any conditions of active cardiac, hepatic or renal disease
