Simvastatin 20 mg/d will be prescribed to the subjects 2 weeks before surgery,No medication will be prescribed

Age
18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed endometriosis patient and need laparoscopic surgery willing to participate Not on Statin medication Never treated with GnRH agonist Never treated with DMPA No contraindication for simvastatin; abnormal liver function test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants have side effects from medication such as myalgia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea Participants deny or withdraw
