Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Hemifacial spasm patients who are diagnosed by neuroophthalmologist and have indicated to treatment with botulinum toxin type A injection (single technique) - Age >18 yrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Eye lid diseases, for examples entropion, ectropion, etc.
