Serratiopeptidase 5 mg. before surgery and after surgery 3 times a day for 5 days,Ibuprofen 400 mg. before surgery and after surgery 3 times a day for 5 days

18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - pt with 18-40 years old -ASA class I ( American Society of Anesthesiologist physical status classification I) -patient with manidbular third molar Pederson scale moderate and difficult -mandibular third molar with no pathology

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - patient with medical conditions included : peptic ulceration, GI hemorrhage, pegnancy, immunosuppresive drug recieved, recieved oral contraceptive, used antibiotic before mandibular third molar surgery, infected in the operation site, allergy of NSAID and serratiopeptidase, radiation therapy, trismus, smoking and alcoholic patient and patient that had surgical removal third molar before.

cheek swelling pre-operative,day 1,3,7 after surgery distances from tragus to the outer corner of the mouth,pain pre-operative, day 1 : 3,6 hours ater surgery and 1hour before recieve drug , day 3 and 7 after surg visual analog scale,trismus pre-operative,day 1,3,7 after surgery the distances between the upper and lower central incisal edges
