Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 years or more recieving par plana vitrectomy under local anesthesia good conciousness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients determined to perform scleral buckle procedure hearing loss otitis media epilepsy
