Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - age> 18 years old - not used medicine ( topical, systemic) effect to accommodation. - patients have cataract ; can use with IOL master. - patients can sit in upright position.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - ever done with intraocular surgery, refractive surgery - can't fix to fixation point
