15 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient body weight 40 – 90 kg 2. singleton 3. patient who sign inform consent 4. doctor give magnesium sulfate to prevent eclampsia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Renal impairment ( serum creatinine < 1 mg/dL) 2. multiple gestation 3. Myasthenia gravis 4. patient who already given magnesium sulfate before enroll the study 5. post partum preeclampsia 6. Patient who refused to enrolled the research
