Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Patients with presumed ocular infection of bacterial keratitis who has corneal scraping,corneal biopsy or penetrating keratoplasty. -Patients with presumed ocular infection of bacterial endophthalmitis who has vitreous tapping, diagnostic vitrectomy to collected specimen or evisceration. -Patients with presumed ocular infection of bacterial orbital cellulitis with collecting specimen for cultivation. -Patients with presumed bacterial ocular abscess such as hordeolum, sclera absess with collecting specimen for cultivation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients with suspected nonbacterial infection. -Inadequate ocular specimen for cultivation. -Patients refuse to enroll the study.
