6 Years to 8 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -First permanent molar was fully erupted and caries free -Demarcated opacities at least two contra-lateral first permanent molar with MIH mild defect -No history of sealant or other restoration in first permanent molar -Patient can be follow up until 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Systemic disease -Allergy : sealant, pumice, casein -Un-cooperative child -Abnormal oral habit
