Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Women who have completed 8 weeks postpartum but not passed 12 weeks, attending Maternal and Child Health clinics for their baby's 1st pentavalent vaccine in selected Medical Officer of Health areas in the Regional Director of Health Services (RDHS) area, Colombo 2. Have a current weight that is more than their pre-pregnant weight 3. Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) between 18.5 and 29.9 kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women who have existing underlying chronic conditions which require special follow-up 2. Those who have contraindications to exercise or diet programs 3. Women who are having acute physical or psychological signs/ symptoms 4. Women who are underweight (BMI 30 kg/m2) 5. Those who have passed more than 12 weeks following delivery
