Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Adults (Age range from 18 years to 75 years) • both genders • with type 2 diabetes attending a general medicine clinic, • HbA1c value 7.5% or higher

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Hearing impairment • Cognitive impairment
