Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 to 35 years. 2. Males 3. National level healthy adult rugby players from Sri Lanka Army rugby team competing in national events 4. Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of rugby

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are suffering from any physical injuries at the time of recruitment. 2. Individuals who are on treatment for diabetes mellitus or hypertension.

1.Change in core stability and physical performance tests and the knee jerk time and angle using the i.Back extensor test ii.Abdominal fatigue test iii.Right Side bridge test iv.Left Side bridge test Maximum holding time will be measured in seconds in each test mentioned below. [[At baseline and after completion of 36 training sessions (12 weeks)]] 2.Changes in speed using 40 m run test. Speed will be measured by Kmh-1 [[At baseline and after completion of 36 training sessions (12 weeks)]] 3.Changes in agility using agility T test. Agility will be measured by ‘seconds’ takes to perform Agility T test. [[At baseline and after completion of 36 training sessions (12 weeks)]] 4.Changes in upper body explosive power using 3 kg medicine ball put test. 3 kg medicine ball put test will be measured by meters (m) [[At baseline and after completion of 36 training sessions (12 weeks)]] 5.Changes in lower body explosive power using vertical jump test. Vertical jump height will be measured by meters (m).
