Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Residents of nursing homes for the elderly and people with chronic illness. 2. Aged 65–85. 3. MMSE >19. 4. GDS < 20 pkt. 5. Spending free time sitting at least four hours a day / six to seven days a week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe systemic disease. 2. Severe circulatory or organic insufficiency. 3. Severe neurological disorder. 4. Lack of consent of elderly person or their doctor for participation in exercises.
