Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult patients receiving ECT at Colombo North Teaching Hospital during study period .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of complications such as delirium, intracranial hemorrhages following ECT. 2. Those patients who do not have the capacity to give informed consent before E.C.T. 3. Patients receiving unilateral and bi- frontal E.C.T.
