Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 35 years of Nattandiya and Dankotuwa MOH areas

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mental sub-normality (lacking the capacity to participate in the interventions) as determined by a medical officer
