Inclusion criteria: Target group 1: • Female teachers • Teaching grade 10 classes • Involved in health promotion activities and counseling Target group 2: • All female students in grade 10 • Attainment of menarche

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Target group 1: • No active involvement in health promotion activities and counseling Target group 2: • Non attainment of menarche
