Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1- Adults characterized as multi-pathological patients. 2- Primary caregivers of legal age. 3- People who decide to participate voluntarily. 4- Residents in the city of Bogotá. 5- Patients of the contributory health care scheme, insured by a health promoting entity of the contributory health care scheme in the city of Bogotá.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1- Patients with an altered state of consciousness or communication disorder will not be included. 2- Patients who voluntarily do not want to participate in the study.
