Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Increased anti-inflammatory cell level and low level of pro-inflammatory cells of the immune system of people living with HIV/Aids. It will be checked by flow cytometry. Where the measurements of each item will be performed three times, the first at the beginning of the project, the second after 18 sessions and the last after 36 training sessions.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Increased muscle mass and decreased body fat level will be employed the technique of dual beam x-ray absorptiometry (DXA). As well as the decreased levels of fat in the blood (Atherosclerosis), which will be performed through the ultrasound of the carotid artery. Where the measurements of each item will be performed three times, the first at the beginning of the project, the second after 18 sessions and the last after 36 training sessions.
