Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 40 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; both genders; individuals with stable weight; non smokers; who do not use dietary supplements or medications that can interfere with the results of the study; aged between 18 and 40 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hypertensive; diabetic; carriers of diseases that affect energy metabolismo; allergic or sensitive to standard breakfast ingredients
