Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of mild, moderate or severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), that is, presenting a Forced Expiratory Volume in the first second (FEV1) after bronchodilator between 30% and = 80% of the predicted value; age over 60; both genders; absence of locomotor or neurological comorbidities that prevent the performance of tests and exercises; no exacerbation of symptoms and stable pharmacological regimen for at least two months before the start of training; who voluntarily accept to participate in the research by signing the Free and Informed Consent Form (TCLE)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Present during the experiment any cardiovascular and musculoskeletal aggravating factors that prevent treatment from being carried out; no carry out at least 85% of treatment sessions, or; withdraw from participating in the study
