Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with liver cirrhosis with Child A classification; both sexes; minimum age of 18 years and undergoing clinical monitoring

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: volunteers with encephalopathy from grade 2 (through clinical diagnosis); who had esophageal varices in the last 6 months (through clinical diagnosis); volunteers who have respiratory pathologies and/or associated musculoskeletal pathologies (through medical diagnosis prior to the research); and exercisers for at least 3 months (self-report)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in functional capacity, through the 6-minute walk test, in volunteers with liver cirrhosis who participated in the physical exercise program.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an improvement in quality of life, assessed by the CLDQ-BR quality of life questionnaire, in volunteers with liver cirrhosis who participated in the physical exercise program.;It is expected to find an improvement in muscle strength, assessed by manovacuometry and handgrip dynamometry, in volunteers with liver cirrhosis who participated in the physical exercise program.
