Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inmates appointed by the prison's management; age between 18 and 50 years old; male; considered to be of low risk; with at least one year's imprisonment; who showed interest in taking part in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who were being treated for any illness; had committed crimes classified as heinous; had serious indiscipline in their history; who could compromise the organization and development of the study
