7 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the skin; with or without organ transplantation; submitted to surgical treatment in the mentioned period; with the obtaining of anatomopathological reports; clinical follow-up in the Database of surgeries performed in the Head and Neck Discipline

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All patients who lost follow-up; with minimum follow-up of three months; those with incomplete medical records; who were not operated on at the institution; who had distant metastases in the first presentation; who had no indication for surgery for other reasons; who had previous irradiation in the head area and neck; those which contained non-squamous cell carcinoma skin tumors

To evaluate prognostic factors, clinical characteristics and survival of transplanted patients compared to non-transplanted patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the skin who evolved to cervical metastases, who underwent surgical treatment with curative intent using the statistical method of univariate, multivariate analysis and survival curve comparison with significant test for p less than 0.01

Evaluate the construction of a nomogram, using multivariate analysis, for the risk of recurrence and metastasis in transplant patients, in order to assist the therapeutic decision
