Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy volunteers; undergraduate students at the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP); campus São Paulo age greater than or equal to 16 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Volunteers with acute mental disorders; age less than 16 years on the date of signature of the TCLE; previous pregnancy within six months or current; and regular practitioners of mindfulness, meditation, yoga

| To evaluate the effects of a mindfulness-based intervention on the perceived stress level of university students. Perceived stress was assessed using the perceived stress scale (PSS-10), in which scores range from 0 to 40, with higher values indicating greater perceived stress.;To evaluate the effects of mindfulness-based intervention on anxiety and depression states. These states will be measured using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS). A Portuguese version was applied and scores found with a value greater than or equal to 7 will be considered as suggestive of anxiety and values greater than or equal to 6 as suggestive of depression. | — |
