|---|---|
| We expect to find differences in the salivary proteomic profile of patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as determined by salivary analysis, compared to those without a diagnosis of the disorder.;It is hoped that, by analyzing the salivary proteomic profile, potential salivary biomarkers will be identified that can aid in assessing compatibility with the level of support, treatment options, and, eventually, diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for this patient population.;Based on the protein changes identified across different patient profiles and levels of care, it is hoped that we will be able to determine whether there is an increased susceptibility to changes in oral health | — |
