Age
18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Chronic renal patients aged 18 to 40 years who undergo hemodialysis who are previously non-reactive (anti-HBS less than 10 UI/mL) will be included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic lupus erythematosus; malignant neoplasm; hepatitis B; AIDS and use of immunosuppressive drugs will be excluded; history of allergic reaction to the Hepatitis B vaccine or any of its components; patients with serology bigger then 10UI/mL in the last 6 months

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
If there is a difference in the titration related to the moment of immunobiological administration before or after the hemodialysis session, through the evaluation of the anti-Hbs test one month after the intervention. The comparison measure will be through laboratory tests performed previously by the hemodialysis clinic service.
