Eligibility

Age
10 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 10 to 19 years; with a diagnosis of asthma classified according to the criteria of the Global Initiative for Asthma; they should not be involved in a physical exercise program; is in a stable phase of the disease, without exacerbation or change of medication in the last 30 days; have a forced expiratory volume in one second below 80 percent of predicted.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiac teenagers; with neurological disorders or who have complications in their disease status during the collection phase.

Primary

It is expected to find through the practice of physical exercise, improvements in the control of the occurrence of bronchospasm induced by exercise, improvement in physical fitness as well as in the quality of life of asthmatic adolescents through comparative methods pre and post intervention

It is expected to find, through the practice of physical exercise, improvements in physical fitness parameters such as strength, resistance, flexibility, as well as in the quality of life of asthmatic adolescents through comparative methods pre and post intervention
