Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| There will be no difference in the angle of the curvatures of the thoracic and lumbar spine when the session of the Pilates Method is finished with the mobilization of soft tissues through massage balls and wall exercises (the wall), both ways being indicated for the end of the session . Verified by the evaluation of the thoracic and lumbar curvatures through flexicurva; There was no statistically significant difference between the different forms of Pilates Method finalizations for all variables. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The immediate effect on the sensation of body discomfort and pain between the different types of finalizations of the Pilates Method session, verified through the Modified Schechter Scale and the Visual Numerical Scale. It will indicate that the best form of finalization as evaluated by the participants of the research was the mobilization of soft tissue through massage balls and that relief of pain occurred after the session of the Pilates Method; There was no statistically significant difference between the evaluation moments for the postural and algia variables analyzed | — |
