This is a randomized experimental study. An experimental group of 64 patients of both sexes, aged between 20 and 65, nurses and nursing technicians working at the Polyclinic Hospital in the city of Ca
a group in which hands-off techniques will be performed
a group that will receive both hands-on and hands-off interventions
and a final group will be the control group. The treatment methodology for group 1 (Hands-off): facial mimicry exercises
sticking out the tongue
massaging the ears
rubbing the eyes
guttural sounds
stretching
laughing
squatting posture
inspiratory hiccup-like breathing, 5/5, 5/7/8. For group 2 (Hands on - Osteopathic Manual Therapy - TMO): suboccipital inhibition
buttress arches (crossed jugular foramen - bilateral)
neuromuscular techniques on the face (supraciliary arches, maxillary rims, mentalis)
ocular pumping
massage and stretching of the auricle and tragus
middle cervical fascia + sternocleidomastoid (SCM)
aortic rod (baroceptors)
diaphragm
global abdomen

Eligibility
Age
20 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 64 nurses and nursing technicians will be included; of both sexes; aged between 20 and 65 years old; all workers at the Polyclinic Hospital in the city of Cascavel/PR with at least six months of experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: All employees who are undergoing treatment with psychiatric medications will be excluded from this survey
