Eligibility
Age
18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate or graduate university students in the health area, both genders, between 18 and 30 years old who have access to the internet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Participants who present a clinical situation of psychotic disorder, severe cognitive impairment and/or have already completed a mindfulness group.
