This was a randomized, blinded clinical trial with three groups. Eligible participants will be randomized and divided between Intervention Groups 1 (GI-1) with 45 adults using crystal bead auriculothe
Intervention Group 2 (IG-2) with 45 adults using auriculotherapy with seeds and Control Group (CG-3) with 45 adults without intervention, waiting list. The numbers will be delivered to the therapists

Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Residents of Bento Gonçalves affected by the natural disaster; who needed to evacuate their place of residence or work; who suffered significant loss of material assets, documented or self-reported; mourning for family, friends or acquaintances as a direct consequence of the disaster; minimum age of 18 years; both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People with a history of known allergy to materials used in the intervention such as micropore, adhesive tape, crystal spheres or seeds; presence of lesion or active inflammation in the ear; current treatment with Auriculotherapy or auricular acupuncture

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome will be the assessment of post-traumatic stress among adults affected by the natural disaster

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcomes will be the assessment of sleep quality, pain intensity, anxiety levels of adults affected by the natural disaster.
