Participants will be randomly assigned to 3 study groups: black mulberry group (n = 30), HRT group (n = 30) and placebo group (n = 30).
The blackberry group will receive the treatment based on 01 caps

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women aged between 35 and 65 years old who present climacteric symptoms,among them hot flushes; paraesthesia; insomnia; nervousness; depression; fatigue; arthralgia; headache; palpitation and ringing in the ear
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with previous or family history of breast cancer; ovarian cancer or endometrial cancer; with hepatic failure; porphyria; abnormal endometrial bleeding; deep vein thrombosis and coronary artery disease will be excluded
