Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent diagnosed with spastic diparetic cerebral palsy; ability to understand and follow simple instructions; availability to participate in all intervention and assessment sessions; absence of medical contraindications for undergoing transcranial direct current stimulation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of other neurological conditions that may affect the evaluation of results; presence of metallic implants or electrical devices in the skull that may interfere with the use of tDCS; history of uncontrolled seizures.

Expected outcome: It is expected to find an increase in gait speed, improvement in functional abilities, and improvement in time in the upright position, as well as to contribute to the understanding of the effects of combined therapies on the control of spastic diparetic cerebral palsy, providing knowledge for clinical practice and the development of a more effective approach.;Outcome found: A 12% improvement in gross motor function was observed, assessed by the GMFM-66, with an increase in total score and better performance in dimension E (“walking, running, and jumping”); improvement in postural control and functional mobility, with a 32% reduction in total TUG time, 90% reduction in ellipse area, and increased stability and gait speed; increase in distance covered in the 6-minute walk test from 245 m to 468 m, indicating improved physical endurance and functional capacity.
