Age
65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 65 or over; of both sexes; restricted to their home; have low mobility

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a surgical procedure less than 60 days; Short Physical Performance Battery level A; not accepting to participate in the study; present cognitive alteration; perform private or public physiotherapy within the study period

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find an increase in physical performance verified by the method of analysis of the Short Physical Performance Battery questionnaire from the verification of a variation of at least 2 points in the pre- and post-intervention measurements

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected to find a decrease in the frequency of the need for urgent care at the Basic Health Unit each month, verified through the method of questioning the patient, based on the verification of a variation of at least a one-time reduction in the need of emergency care at the Basic Health Unit during the twelve-week period of the study protocol;It is expected to find adherence of the sample to the proposed protocol, verified by means of monthly questioning of the patient, based on the verification of adherence of at least 90% during the twelve-week period of the study protocol
