Muscle fatigue

Interventions

78 volunteers will participate in the study, aged between 18 and 28 years. They will be randomly divided into the following groups: Control Group with Placebo 1 (GP1): volunteers who will receive the
Irradiated Group 1 (IG1): volunteers who will receive the pre-protocol fatigue irradiation
Control Group with Placebo 2 (GP2): volunteers who will receive the application of FBM turned off, without the active factor, after fatigue protocol
Irradiated Group 2 (IG2): volunteers who will receive irradiation after fatigue protocol. All participants will undergo an assessment of the Maximum Voluntary Isometric Contraction and fatigue protoco

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: healthy individuals; women; age; BMI; individuals active according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire; availability to participate in the intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular or neurological or disease; such as spine or knee pathologies; absolute contraindication for phototherapy, male, above 24 (age)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Check the value of the median frequency, obtained by electromyographic data, from the decrease of the value when compared before and after intervention

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To verify the values of muscular strength, obtained by the manual dynamometer, through the maximum voluntary isometric contraction, from the significant difference of the force produced by the average gluteus muscle when compared before and after intervention
