Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years, need for bilateral unitary rehabilitation with osseointegrated implants in the maxilla or mandible, sufficient bone availability to install a conventional size implant, good systemic health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers and former smokers, diabetics, chronic drug users (eg. Bisphosphonates, Immunosuppressants, anti-inflammatory drugs) or pathologies that alter bone metabolism (eg. Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The implants that will be place at the bone level and 2 mm subcrestally will present similar bone level variation among each other in the 30 patients. It is expect a variation lesser than 1 mm in each study group.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The implants that will be placed at the bone level or 2mm subcrestally will present similar Insertion Torque values; Dichotomous Visible Plaque Index (VPI); Dichotomous Marginal Bleeding Index (ISM); Bleeding on probing (SS); Probing depth (PS); Clinical Insertion Level (NCI) among the 30 patients to be treated. it is expect a variation lesser than 10% in each of the secondary parameters evaluated in both groups.
