| It is expected to find an improvement in muscle oxidative capacity in the vastus lateralis muscle, assessed by the intermittent ischemia procedure measured by near-infrared spectroscopy with a similar increase in magnitude between the moderate-intensity continuous and high-intensity interval training interventions, but without improvements in the control period. Data collected one week before the intervention, two and four weeks of intervention and one week after the intervention; It is expected to find an improvement in muscle oxidative capacity in the rectus femoris muscle, assessed by the intermittent ischemia procedure measured by near-infrared spectroscopy with a greater increase in magnitude during high-intensity interval training than during moderate-intensity continuous training and the control period. Data collected one week before the intervention, two and four weeks of intervention and one week after the intervention; It is expected to find an improvement in maximum oxygen consumption, assessed during an incremental cycling load ergospirometry test with a similar increase in magnitude between the moderate-intensity continuous and high-intensity interval training interventions, but without improvements in the control period. Data collected one week before the intervention, two and four weeks of intervention and one week after the intervention; It is expected to find an improvement in maximum cycling power, assessed during an incremental cycling load test with a similar increase in magnitude between the moderate-intensity continuous training and high-intensity interval training interventions, but without improvements in the control period. Data collected one week before the intervention, two and four weeks of intervention and one week after the intervention; It is expected to find an improvement in the oxygen extraction reserve in the rectus femoris and vastus lateralis muscles, assessed by the ischemia procedure measured by near-infrared spectroscopy with a gr | — |
