Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals who practice physical exercises such as Tai Chi, Yoga and Bodybuilding in sports academies and individuals who do not practice any physical activity; individuals diagnosed with arterial hypertension (greater or equal to systolic pressure: 140 to159 mmHg, diastolic pressure: 90 to 99 mmHg) and diabetes mellitus (fasting glucose more or iqual to 200) from a Health Unit who practice or not physical activity.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with systemic alterations and/or special needs that make it impossible to fill out the questionnaires; users who do not understand the objective of the study or do not accept the methodology; individuals who practice Tai Chi.
