Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be 18 years of age or older; Have been diagnosed with cancer (solid tumors); Starting chemotherapy treatment or having completed half of the treatment; Have access to the internet; Sign the free and clear term
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Present some kind of mental confusion that prevents them from participating in assessments and/or activities; Present the use of crutches, canes, walkers, wheelchairs or other similar utensils that make it impossible to carry out the exercise protocol; Present diagnosis of hematologic cancer. Being in the palliative phase of the disease.

| Anxiety and Depression Assessment To assess levels of anxiety and depression, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS) will be used, which contains 14 multiple-choice questions, seven of which assess symptoms of anxiety and seven of depression. Each item can be scored from 0 to 3, and the maximum score for anxiety or depression totals 21 points. A score greater than or equal to nine corresponds to possible cases of anxiety and/or depression.;Quality of life assessment To assess the quality of life, the SF-36 will be used. This multidimensional instrument consists of 11 questions and 36 items comprising 8 scales (domains or dimensions), namely: functional capacity (10 items), physical aspects (4 items), pain (2 items), general health (5 items). items), vitality (4 items), social aspects (2 items), emotional aspects (3 items) and mental health (5 items) and a comparative question about the current perception of health and one year ago, and which is not used in calculating the scales. It presents a score in each domain that ranges from 0 to 100, in which zero corresponds to the worst general health status and 100 the best health status.;Sleep Quality Assessment The Mini Sleep Questionnaire (MSQ) will be used to check the subjective quality of sleep. This questionnaire consists of 10 items that address sleep difficulties and the damage caused by changes in sleep quality, such as tiredness and headaches. The questionnaire has seven response options regarding the frequency with which sleep difficulties occur, namely: never; very rarely; sometimes; often; very often; ever. The answers can range from one (never) to seven (always), and the total score is divided into four levels of sleep difficulties: good sleep quality (10-24 points); mild sleep difficulties (25-27 points); moderate sleep difficulties (28-30 points) and severe sleep difficulties (=31 points). | — |

| Cardiac Autonomic Modulation Assessment The assessment of cardiac autonomic modulation will be performed using HRV. To perform the measurement of cardiac autonomic modulation through HRV, a Polar brand heart rate monitor, model RS800, will be used, in which the strap will be positioned on the participant's sternum and the watch on one of the wrists. Participants will remain with the equipment for 10 minutes, at rest and supine, and they will be asked to maintain spontaneous breathing, not sleep or move. After data collection, they will be transferred to a computer and stored using the Polar ProTrainer 5 software. Only series of RR intervals with more than 95% of sinus beats will be included in the study, selected approximately 1100 RR intervals, with the most part being stable tracing, and 1000 consecutive RR intervals were used for the analyses, manually filtered in the Microsoft Excel program. For data analysis, the HRV Kubios HRV 2.0 Analysis Software for Windows will be used and the mean heart rate will be extracted (Average HR), the mean of the RR intervals (Average RR), the linear indices of the time domain: standard deviation of the RR intervals (SDNN), square root mean square of differences between adjacent normal RR intervals (rMSSD) and percentage of adjacent RR intervals with duration difference greater than 50 ms (pNN50); from the frequency domain: High Frequency (HF), Low Frequency (LF) and the vagal sympathetic balance (LF/HF); and Poincaré plot indices: standard deviation of instantaneous beat-to-beat variability (SD1), long-term standard deviation of continuous R-R intervals (SD2), and the SD1/SD2 ratio. In addition, a qualitative analysis of the plot will be performed, through the analysis of the figures formed by the attractor.;Handgrip Strength Assessment Handgrip strength (HGS) will be evaluated by the CharderMG4800 dynamometer.
