Age
18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be 18 years of age or older; have stage 1 or 2 hypertension; whether or not they are using antihypertensive medication

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not having the capacity to understand the proposed intervention, whether due to illiteracy or cognitive difficulty; not having a smartphone and/or being unable to install the Telegram application, considering that the intervention will be applied through this application

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
An improvement of at least 5 mmHg in office systolic blood pressure is expected.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
An improvement in central blood pressure parameters and endothelial function is expected in the intervention group compared to the control group at the end of the intervention period.
