It will be a non-randomized clinical trial with 30 elderly women aged 60 to 69 years, divided into two groups, 15 for the study group and 15 for the control group

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy elderly; aged 60-69 years, women; not physical exercise; autonomous
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bracing or prosthesis holders; difficulties for the cognitive domain; practitioner of physical exercises; not assiduous during functional training intervention

| Expectede outcome: after 12 weeks of intervention with functional training, it is believed the increase in the physical fitness of the elderly involved, such as increased strength, increased flexibility, increased cardiorespiratory capacity, as analyzed in other studies for the effect size calculation. These results will be presented through the "Sênior Fitness Test", which presents a classification for each item where the individual is below average, on average, above average or at risk of loss of mobility according to age;Expected outcome 2: With regular practice of physical exercises the intensity of pain in the lower back may be reduced, characterized by the Visual Analogue Scale with a score of 0 to 10, where 10 is the maximum pain and 0 the minimum pain, it is believed that all the older women will be closer to the 0 score, after 12 weeks of intervention | — |
