Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being over 60 years of age; both genders; presenting a medical certificate with the three comorbidities (hypertension, (hypertension, diabetes and depression) associated; presenting a medical certificate with authorization to practice aquatic physical exercise; bringing a copy of their vaccination card with all 3 doses of COVID-19 completed
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a medical impediment to physical exercise certified by a doctor; having oother type of pathology associated or not that may interfere with the research results; do not present the requested documents; not be over 60 years old

| To compare the effect of the three aquatic exercise programs on parameters of sleep quality, sleepiness, anxiety and depression in comorbid elderly through the evaluation method of scientifically validated tests and questionnaires, an improvement in the mental health of both groups is expected post-intervention when compared pre-intervention.;To compare the effect of the three aquatic exercise programs on functional autonomy in comorbid elderly people; To compare the effect of the three aquatic exercise programs on muscle efficiency parameters in comorbid elderly people, through the TAFI method (physical fitness test for the elderly) and surface muscle electromyography, a statistically significant improvement is expected in both groups post-intervention. | — |
